Hainan Chicken Rice ($18.9):
It’s served with a soup with cabbages.
The Hainan chicken tastes succulent and the chicken chilli sauce complements well.
The chicken rice is also very juicy, umami, and eating with chicken dipped is the best way to enjoy.
Pearl Milk Tea ($6.5)
Milk Tea ($5.5) + Topping ($1 per):
As a Taiwanese, this is as authentic as the bubble shops in my country despite the higher prices than Taiwan.
Ice Kacang (Malaysian Shaved Ice) ($9.9):
The great amount of ice condensed milk on the top makes it taste so sweet, creamy, and delightful, and so does the red syrup. On top of that, there are a lot of nuts, red beans, green and grass jellies, and scattered corns at the bottom.
Having been the biggest fan of Taiwanese shaved ice for years, in comparison, Malaysian has a lot different style such as being colourful and juicier flavour.
In conclusion, there are a wide variety of authentic Asian fusion dishes here from Malaysian, Chinese, Cantonese to Taiwanese milk tea at approachable prices. It’s such an interesting experience to compare Malaysian shaved ice with Taiwanese shaved ice.
Moreover, the service is great and as FAST as the name of the restaurant.
If you come to Q super centre, this restaurant is a great place to have a meal.
Overall, it’s a 9.5 out of 10!
